North Valley Senior Center


This phased project included a 2,200 sq. ft. Senior Citizen Day Care addition as well as offices, vestibule, reception, solarium, a 1,200 sq. ft. social hall expansion with a wood dance floor and removable stage, and a large multi-purpose space divided into a living area and a crafts/dining area. Lobby restrooms were made ADA compliant. Aesthetic unity with the existing building was an important consideration in the design of this addition, which was used to create a protected exterior courtyard with native landscape.
