IDeA held its annual Retreat in Taos, New Mexico the weekend of July 19-21. We had an all around fantastic weekend full of team building, relaxation, & adventure!
Building a healthy work culture is one of our top priorities at IDeA.
The goal of the retreat was to strengthen bonds between employees and encourage discourse/ communication on the strengths and weaknesses of our office and work environment. Our employees are committed to each other, the profession, and expanding our knowledge. We want to deliver design solutions to our clients that we take personal pride in.
