This project involved creating a development on the eastern edge of the Sawmill Community Land Trust in Albuquerque.  The first portion of the development was the creation of single story garden homes to act as a buffer between the existing low-density neighborhood and the development.  The second phase was made up of two story townhomes with private garages surrounding the third phase a four story condominium mid-rising building.
