​Spring River Apartments will be constructed on a 7.43 acre site that wraps the NWC of Sycamore Avenue & College Blvd. in Roswell, Chaves county, New Mexico.  The 144 units will be contained in 9 two-story wood frame residential buildings of 16 units each plus a one-story Community & Office building.
