GENERAL OVERVIEW

This project currently consists of 51 units and renovations will include the addition of 15 units and a multipurpose office building. The new units will need to meet Section 504 of the Fair Housing Act. Renovations will comply with UFAS and ANSI. Buildings are being renovated in an unoccupied state. Site improvements include new parking lot, courtyard landscape, and new playground and barbeque areas.
