GENERAL OVERVIEW

The complex is comprised of 54 units; (1) 10 unit one bedroom apartment building; (6) 2 unit three bedroom apartment buildings; (1) 8 unit two bedroom apartment building, (1) 12 unit two bedroom apartment building, and (2) 6 unit two bedroom apartment buildings. There are 5 building types, as well as a Laundry/Maintenance/Office all built in 1978, plus the addition of a new building. Due to the age of the properties being built prior to March 13, 1991, we did not have to meet the requirements of The Fair Housing Act. We did need to meet the requirements of the 2017 Nevada Housing QAP. Buildings were remodeled in an occupied or semi-occupied state.
