GENERAL OVERVIEW

The complex is comprised of 50 units of affordable housing approximately 14,000 square feet of rentable commercial space. (20) 19 unit one bedroom/one bath and 1 two bedroom/one bath apartment building; (30) 30 unit are two bedroom/two bath affordable housing units.  There are 3 buildings on a 2.2 acre site featuring a significant amount of paved parking area enhanced with mature landscaping all built in 2002. Due to the age of the properties being built in 2002.  We will need to meet the requirements of the 2017 Nevada Housing QAP and Fair Housing. The objective was to convert the first story commercial space into 15 single occupancy housing (SRO). The building was renovated in an occupied or semi-occupied state.
