The complex, built in 1984, is comprised of 24 units located in 6 two-story buildings comprised of (16) one-bedroom units and (8) two-bedroom units. One of the one-bedroom units is being used as an office. Due to the age of the properties being built prior to 1991, we did not have to meet the requirements of The Fair Housing Act. Buildings were remodeled in an occupied or semi-occupied state. (2) Two units were remodeled into fully compliant accessible units (1) one bedroom and (1) two bedroom. One unit has a roll in shower. Site improvements included the addition of a playground and horseshoe pit, new community garden, and Xeriscape landscaping and low water irrigation system. Exterior renovations to the buildings included adding new ramps at accessible units, installing wall pack lighting, and adding a vapor barrier and insulation to the crawl space. Interior renovations included new flooring, updating appliances to Energy Star rated one, and updating kitchens.
