Plaza Feliz Is a continuation of 10 years of patronage from Greater Albuquerque Housing Partnership, Plaza Feliz is a multifamily rental apartment complex committed to providing affordable housing and stabilization services for individuals and families including those with special needs. The project conforms to LEED for Homes Platinum and MFA requirements. After several years of City condemnation of dilapidated properties, GAHP teamed with IDeA to develop the City block. The condo style design places individual unit patios facing the street to reinforce neighborhood safety with secured parking, private patios and recreation areas located in the center. A fully licensed Day Care Center through CYFD is provided on site with four classrooms and a nursery for residents use. This day care includes two playgrounds for differing age groups as well as a third playground, basketball court, picnic area, and play lawn all safely at the interior of the property.
