The renovation of the Silverado Village apartments located 3160 Elm Street in Silver Springs, Nevada is comprised of 24 one-bedroom units built in 1997 and a LMO building in 6 one-story buildings. There are two different building types. Exterior renovations included new concrete along an accessible route, new concrete slab for BBQ and picnic area, and new LMO with mailboxes. Interior renovations included updating doors and flooring as needed, replacing appliances with energy star rated ones, and replacing water heaters with tankless ones.
