Units currently are (6) one-bedroom/1 bath, (12) two-bedroom / 1 bath, (16) three-bedrooms/ 2 bath and (2) four-bedrooms/ 2 bath, plus the Laundry / Maintenance / Office. The property was constructed approximately 40 years ago in 1979. Due to the age of the properties being built prior to 1991, we did not have to meet the requirements of The Fair Housing Act.
