The complex is comprised of 60 units located in six one story buildings. There are ten sections of six units each (58 one bedroom / 1 bath) and (2 two bedroom / 1 bath) plus the Laundry / Maintenance / Office. The property was constructed approximately 40 years ago. A new addition to the Laundry / Multipurpose / Office, LMO, will be developed on site. Due to the age of the properties being built prior to 1976, we will not have to meet the requirements of The Fair Housing Act. We will need to meet the requirements of the 2017 MFA QAP, attached, and any HUD restrictions on the property. Buildings will be remodeled in an occupied or semi-occupied state.
