"I have learned more in the past few months about how residential architecture “works” than in my entire college career so far. Of course, this would not have been possible without all of you. As a team, your eagerness to answer any question and explain it until it is understood is both rare and incredibly beneficial to not just me, the co-op, but the office as a whole. This cooperative learning, I believe, keeps a team adaptable and razor sharp in a field where learning daily is a requirement. What’s even more uncommon is that you all do this while being very friendly. It is an office culture that I have been lucky to experience. Any co-op moving forward will be equally as lucky to work here as well; from the perspective of a University of Cincinnati co-op, IDeA is truly a hidden gem. "
