This modular affordable mixed-income housing devolvement will consist of 350 units including studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units along with individual tiny homes. 206 units will be apart of the LIHTC building and 95 in the market rate building with 24 Tiny Homes as part of the LIHTC and 25 as market rate. A Multi-purpose / Club House building will serve as the Manager’s office, CPLC Supportive Housing Services office, Resident Service Coordinator’s office, Housing Navigation office, Demonstration Kitchen and Food Pantry, Computer Lab, Drop-in volunteer service space, offices and overall community space and site features including swimming pool and other potential site features such as Community Garden, Dog Park, and BBQ / picnic areas.
