Jim Milano

As a Veteran and 17 year member of IDeA team, Jim brings wealth of experience to the project. He started with IDeA as a draftsman and is now a Project Manager and Construction Manager. His responsibilities include as-builts at existing facilities and assisting with building assessments on most projects, including architectural, ADA, Fair Housing and facility wear and tear. Jim is also the company IT manager keeping up to date both software and hardware systems and established the standards for our CAD systems.
