This project involved remodeling the old White’s Department store into a three-story condominium complex with rooftop pool and BBQ served by the unit parking in the existing basement.  The south side of the site is comprised of 27 two story townhomes facing the adjacent three streets with individual unit garages.  The center of the site is made up of a four story condominium midrise tower.
