The complex is comprised of 161 units (2 Story Garden Walk up units) located in 16 buildings, with 6 different building types.  The units are comprised of (21) one bedroom / 1 bath, (40) two bedroom / 1 bath, (80) three bedroom two bath and (20) four bedroom / two bath.  There are two buildings that contain Laundry / Maintenance / Office and Multi-purpose classroom. The property was constructed in approximately 1976 and therefore did not need to comply with the Fair Housing Act.  All newly renovated areas did comply with The Fair Housing Act, UFAS, ANSI, and ADA.

Site improvements will included repairing or replacing fencing, adding accessible parking spaces, and building two new covered bus stops. Renovations also addressed the current site's drainage issues.
